1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Timeframes

• Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
• Delivery timelines vary:
  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2/3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1199.
• A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below that amount.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track the order status under My Orders.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we’ll attempt redelivery once. If undelivered, the item will be returned to us, and you may be charged for redelivery.
