1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags and labels are intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is provided.
- Video of unboxing in compulsory for return
Note – Return is only available for wrong delivered or damaged product ( with unboxing video )
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Used or damaged items (unless damaged during transit)
- Personalized/custom-made items
- Innerwear, cosmetics, or hygiene products (due to safety/hygiene concerns)
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@threx.in
- Attach clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement or refund once verified.
4. How to Request a Return
- Log in to your account and go to Order History.
- Select the item(s) and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions or pickup schedule (if applicable).
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
6. Shipping for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping is free.
- For other cases (e.g., buyer’s remorse), you may be responsible for return shipping.
